Do you charge extra for upper floors without a lift?
No. Stair carrying is included in the price whether or not the building has a lift. The floor level is noted at the free survey and is already built into your written quote, so there is no separate floor charge and nothing extra to pay on moving day.
Can I book only loading and unloading labour?
Yes. If you have arranged your own vehicle, we supply just the crew. This is common for shop and godown stock movements within Sircilla, and for customers whose company provides a lorry but no labour.
